1. Owen giving Jessie a snuggle on the couch. The “no dog on the couch” rule lasted approximately 10 hours and now she pretty much owns the thing.

2. Lilacs in bloom. So, so beautiful and wonderful, there’s just no way to duplicate the smell of them blooming in the sun.

3. Foxy, a.k.a. the Orange Avenger reminding Jessie to keep her distance. She has no claws, so she doesn’t pack much of a punch but she puts on a good show.

4. Book club treats based on The Red Tent. yum.

5. Daisy and Lucy watching cartoons all snuggled up in Papa’s bed.

6. Owen’s new hobby- taking things apart to see how they work. Thank you to the thrift store for cheap electronics. So far, he’s disassembled a clock and a fax machine.

7. Mia’s new wall art- also from the thrift store. I thought it was perfect for her colorful boho room.

8. Cushions all ready to be sat upon at book club. We had an awesome time- I love book club.

9. Watching Keith Richards on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

10. I picked up my holds from the library. I’d better run a bath and get readin’

11. Mia left this message on her mirror and signed her name Mrs. Cullen. Someone is really, really into Edward.

12- Owen brought this sweet little plant home from his field trip to the greenhouse.
