"I Know That My Redeemer Lives" was Pa's favorite song. Pa, you will remember was Grammy's maternal grandfather. He died when I was about 16. I remember on his birthday, maybe the 80th, we got him a recording of the Tabernacle Choir singing it; however, he was very deaf. Grammy said, "We need to turn it up." Pa said, "No, you don't have to turn it up, I know it by heart."
We all looked at each other, not really knowing if we should laugh or just marvel at his wisdom...
