Last night I came across Rhonna Farrer’s 6 week shape up challenge.
LOOK HOW CUTE! I admit, that was my first reaction. I’m a sucker for cute. The idea kept worming it’s way into my head during the night and I gave into the reality that I really need to do this.
I mean, beyond really.
So… I’m doing it.
I’m a little late, so I start this coming Tuesday, March 1 and going through April 5- right before Spring Break.
Anyone else want to play along?

Take your measurements and write them down on this sweet printable chart. (I told you I got suckered in!)
This is key. There are lots of printables available… google it!
Pick whatever you like to do and then DO IT at least 3 times a week. I’m going to swim at the rec, use the elliptical and do yoga before bed.
My hope is to lose 15-20 pounds. Just in time for not being humiliated in swimwear.
That would be beyond nice.
