Caught red handed nibbling at our gingerbread house. He’s clutching hershey kiss wrappers and his face is covered with marshmallow and chocolate. The kids are still trying to convince me that Elfis is the only small person who has been eating candy off the house at every opportunity. I’m not buyin it. It’s like a scene from Hansel and Gretel over here.

It looks to me like Elfis is a scoundrel. But I guess the kids have to be nice around him or he'll tell Santa mean things about them. Do you think he's a good elf or a naughty one?
